“What if our community reads the same book about an immigration story, and then gets together to talk about it?” Immigration issues are everywhere these days; what do we think about the issues? Would reading a book together affect our opinions?

This October and November Lafayette Public Library offers the community an opportunity to read The Book of Unknown Americans by Cristina Henriquez. Books and book club kits are available now. Then, discuss the book at the Lafayette All-Community Book Group, Wednesday, December 7, 6 -7:30 pm.
