We are excited to offer a very unique and special class, Stability Yoga. This Kinesiology based practice is an all level class that offers physical stability, strength and energetic nourishment to create vitality and flexibility in the body, heart and mind. You will safely increase coordination and movement control by becoming aware of muscle imbalances and re-establish strong mind-muscle connections thru mindful movement and body awareness. Breathing techniques, mantras and mudras are taught with a meditative focus. Students are guided in deep relaxation.
This program is taught by Rebecca Matthews, a certified yoga therapist who specializes in alignment and stability.
