Library information services for Spanish speakers

The Lafayette Public Library is committed to offering access to information for everyone in our community. Here are a few of the ways the Library reaches out to our Spanish-speaking community - and to those folks who would like to speak it better.

The Library offers:

*  Charlas y Chats, an English/Spanish exchange hour every Wednesday at 6:30pm.

* For kids of all ages, participate in Cuentos y cantos con Santiago, en español on Sunday, July 30, at 3:00pm. Enjoy bilingual music and stories.

*  Books, databases, and web services are provided in Spanish. Ask a librarian for assistance.

*  Bilingual Library tours of the library are available upon request - make a date and check them out.
