Outdoor water fitness classes start soon!

Jump into our water fitness classes at The Great Outdoors Waterpark to build up your cardiovascular fitness and strength. As temperatures heat up, this is the perfect way to enjoy an outdoor fitness experience that will help you break a sweat, but stay cool in the water. Classes we will offer include

  • Water Fitness

Low-impact water aerobics suitable for every age and fitness level. Perfect for those who have never tried a fitness class in water.  

Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:30-9:30AM.  Sessions begin 6/5, 7/10 and 8/7.

$40R/$50NR for 8 sessions.  Register online here

  • Boot Camp H2O

High-intensity, low impact water class that is fun, fast and effective. Perfect for those looking for a class that will help tone muscles and burn fat. 

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30-7:30AM.  Sessions begin 6/4, 7/9 and 8/6.

  • Fitmat H2O

Enjoy the practice of yoga on an inflatable, floating yoga mat called a FitMat. Perfect for those who love to try something new or another way to improve stability.  All equipment provided.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:30-9:30AM.  Sessions begin 6/5, 7/10 and 8/7.

  • Water Walking

Walking in water makes a great aerobic workout that helps put your body in the fat burning zone. Perfect for those who love River Walking or who would like a cool down from Bootcamp or other classes.

Mondays & Wednesdays 7:30-9:30AM and Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30-8:30AM.  Sessions begin 6/4, 7/9 and 8/6.
