  2. Geometry Point dedication at Romero Park

    Please plan to attend a celebration for the opening of the new Geometry Point STEM exhibit and park structure at Romero Park. This permanent shelter structure and exhibit raises awareness of STEM ideas(science, technology, engineering, and math) through visual and tactile components, and exposes park visitors to new ways to look at and experience mathematical concepts. The project was funded by a National Science Foundation grant and implemented through a collaboration of the Lafayette Parks Department, CU Center for STEM Learning, and the CU School of Engineering.
