Old toilets cannot be reused. Proof that the toilet was recycled must accompany the rebate application. It is not necessary to remove non-porcelain items when recycling the toilet. 

*It is required to show a completed application and documents at the time of your toilet recycling appointment to verify toilet qualifications.

The City of Lafayette is doing its part to divert these materials from the landfill by using a contractor that uses the ceramic from the toilets to create a clean road base.
